Description
White peppercorns are black peppercorns with the outer husk removed, giving them a milder, smoother, and earthier flavour with subtle heat and sometimes musty notes. They provide a quick, clean burn followed by a pleasant bitterness, making them ideal for light-coloured dishes and cream sauces.
