The blend offers earthy, warm notes from coriander and cumin, balanced by the slight bitterness of turmeric. It delivers a complex taste that’s both aromatic and pungent, with a lingering spicy finish. The overall profile is more assertive and fiery compared to milder curry powders, with a distinctive South Indian character.
