Return shipping costs for online orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after inspection of the returned goods.

Sale or clearance items may be excluded from returns or refunds as specified at the time of purchase.

If you received the incorrect product, you must inform Spice City via email within 3 working days. We will check your cart order to verify whether a miss pick occurred. If so, we will arrange to swap the wrongly dispatched product for the one actually ordered.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on the basis that a product is “too strong” or “too hot,” as individual heat tolerance varies.
